After a full morning hearing session, a bench of trial judges has found the guilt of the accused. Since murder is a serious criminal offense, the accused is sentenced to 30 years imprisonment.

When he was giving his last chance to make his oral statement, he requested to the President Judge that he be allowed to sleep with the wife of the judge.

The judge became so angry and charged him for contempt of the court offense which increased his current sentence term to another 20 years.

To that effect, the accused rose and addressed the court.

“Just wanting to sleep with your wife makes you get so mad at me that you increase my sentence term. What about my having arrived home and seen my wife sleeping with another guy in our bed. Could I be so angry or happy?”

To that end, the court found out that the statement is rational and that the sentence shall be deducted to below 25 years instead.
